Quality assurance processes can be slow and siloed, often confined to specific departments without effective communication and collaboration. There was a need for a solution that could streamline these processes, ensuring quick dissemination of problem details, effective root cause analysis, and updates on progress to all relevant stakeholders.

To introduce D’lite 3 F to BASF’s global teams and stakeholders, Team Because was tasked with creating a product explanation video. The objective was to clearly and creatively explain how D’lite 3 F resolves traditional quality assurance challenges by enhancing inter-departmental collaboration and process transparency.
